We work alongside Manorlands Sue Ryder Hospice, The National Literacy trust and have plans to collaborate with Mental Health Muscle this year. Much more than just a yoga studio. Children’s yoga ages 6-11 with Nicola Stephenson. Nicola has worked in primary education for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience with children of all abilities.
The benefits of yoga for children include better sleep, social interaction, brain function and learning. Children develop body awareness and learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way.

SJ is an holistic health coach, meditation author and teacher, usui and holy fire reiki practitioner and angel healing therapist. Sharon Anne Thomas is our in house holistic therapist offering reflexology, hot stone massages, reiki, holistic facials and more. We also offer Angel Card readings and one to one healing.
